My beloved mother's demise

My beloved mother passed away at around 8.30 pm on past Thursday. Her mortal remains were cremated on the next day.

She had done many sacrifices in taking care of her husband and three children (I, my sister and my brother).

Although she had a degree in Hindi and was employed in the Government, she resigned her job before her marriage as required by her mother-in-law. This was the common custom in those days.

She was a disciplined, affectionate and dutiful wife to my father, an affectionate and strict mother to us (three siblings) and a great home maker.

As she had her own pension, she had never been dependent on any one financially. I'll post a few recent photographs of her and my beloved father (who passed away 20 years back) when I find time.

My beloved parents

Krishnam Sarva Mayam🙏.
