Power politics

After my mobile phone stopped functioning after it's battery blew out, I searched to buy a new phone. I found out that the MRP of even a moderately good Galaxy smartphone was Rs 11,000. I  remember having bought my current phone for less than Rs 8,000. According to our National Budget released a few months ago, it was stated that MRP of electronic items including mobile phones would decrease. But what has happened is the reverse. Hence I think that whichever political party comes to power, it announces lies to safegaurd it's own selfish interests.

(Numerous politicians in our country are dubious. It includes Kamala Hasan, a popular Tamil movie actor turned politician. He produced excellently themed movies such as 'Indian'. But in real life, he doesn't live as how heroes are portrayed in his movies. He was born in Brahmin ancestry, but he and all his siblings left Hinduism and embraced Christianity for selfish reasons).
