Nasty political tactics

According to a newspaper report, and Tamizhnaadu Chief Minister M K Stalin distributed Rs 3000 and some gift items to 500 married couples aged 70 and more.

People in Tamizhnaadu know very well that political parties give such gifts with the intention of gaining votes and winning elections by hook or crook.

It is bad that politicians involve even people from spiritual organisations in such self centred events. I think that these organisations should not succumb to such nasty political pressures.

Another nasty political practice by state and central governments is the release of prisoners on occassions such as VIPs' birthdays.

I think that our Governments need a radical change in how they run the states and the country.

Corrupt politicians, ministers, employees and beurocrats should be completely wiped out.
