Tasty Tofu

Like chapathi in North India and dosa in South India, Tofu is very popular in Japan. Like chapathi or dosa, tofu is made in different forms in the country. This evening I had the small pleasure of viewing an episode of  'Seasoning the Seasons', a documentary on NHK WORLD JAPAN TV Channel. It is a custom among devotees to offer tofu to Bhudhdhaa in shrines in Japan.
