Lord Dhanvanthri Fest and Lord Balaraamaa's birthday

Today is a very auspicious day to Hindus.

It is the anniversary of Lord Dhanvanthri, an Avataar of Shree Mahaa Vishnu. Shree Mahaa Vishnu incarnated Himself as Dhanvanthri billions of years back.

Today is the day on which Lord Balaraamaa, the elder brother of Lord Shree Krishnaa (an Avataar of Shree Mahaa Vishnu) was born, more than 5000 years back, during Dwaapara Yugaa. In Trethaa Yugaa, he was born as Shree Lakshmanaa, the younger brother of Lord Shree Raam (an Avataar of Shree Mahaa Vishnu) and served Him and His wife Seethaa Devi, during Shree Raam's exile to the forest. He was an exemplary brother in both Yugaas.
