Oddities in Online shopping

Although online shopping facility is a boon to us, particularly senior citizens like me, as I had mentioned in a previous post, it has disadvantages too. Let me share an experience that I had a few days back.

I had ordered for some branded fruit juices through Amazon. When I received the material, I found cranberry juice, which I never ordered.  As returning the material is a cumbersome process, I drank some juice and gave the remaining, to my maid servant.

Although online shopping agencies such as Amazon are very reliable and cost of items relatively low, I think that direct shopping is always better.
