From dosa batter to delicious sandwich

Just like many single senior citizens, I get my breakfast, lunch and dinner from nearby caterers. Their dishes are delicious but too spicy.

As a sandwich lover, I was wondering whether it is possible to cook sandwich using ready made dosa batter.

A few minutes back, thanks to Google and Sundar Pitchai, I came across a very informative and useful resource; my thanks to Ms/Mrs Madhulika.

I remember how I used to make sandwiches just before retiring every night and use them for next day's lunch, due to lack of time to cook in the mornings on weekdays when I was working in South Africa. I also remember Wimpy, my favourite restaurant, where I used to relish hot and delicious cheese sandwiches during my weekend visits to nearby towns and cities.
